Graduate of the Silesian International Business School in Katowice in the field of Management and Marketing and the University of Silesia in Katowice, in the field of English Philology.

For many years associated with the private sector, she was involved in developing and implementing marketing strategies, importing goods, negotiating with producers, supply logistics.

Since 2018, she has been supporting the implementation of evaluation studies and research projects conducted by IDEA. She deals with the settlement of grants and financial projects from European and national funds.

She is responsible for the coordination of administrative work and accounting and human resources documentation.

She enjoys travelling near and far, especially mountain hiking.
